The kitchen and powder bath were completely renovated with high-end finishes, while the daylight basement was converted into a bunk room and gym. Structural changes opened up the kitchen and living space, and large four-panel sliding doors improved the river view.

The kitchen, powder bath, laundry room, and fireplace were designed and renovated featuring unique elements such as a lime plastered fireplace, concealed motorized window shades, tongue and groove tray ceiling and wallpapered powder bath.

Kitchen remodel featuring custom cabinetry, natural soapstone countertops and live-edge island, brass hardware, plastered hood and light hickory flooring - all resulting in a beautiful modern farmhouse / french feel in Underwood, Washington.

We reconfigured the great room and updated the kitchen to improve flow and create a more formal entryway. The renovation also included a new built-in wood-burning fireplace.

  • Jose and his crew in Hood River/White Salmon area are top notch contractors and professionals. Not only are they responsive with communication (which is the one most frustrating thing with most contractors), they do quality work too! I have personally used Hexem Construction for my own property to rebuild exterior stairs (which they completed in between airbnb guests, so all within 3 days), but that is not the extent of their skills, this crew has beautifully renovated kitchens, bathrooms, decks, re-drywalled walls, etc for my clients in and around the Columbia River Gorge. I could not recommend Hexem enough, myself and my clients have been so impressed with the outcome of all their projects. Jose and his crew come highly recommended from me! 11/10.
